This is my personal favorite bread to make "just for me" that I've decided to share with you! It's a healthy whole grain version of oatmeal bread that I have included a mixture of flax, pumpkin, chia, sunflower and sesame seeds for added flavor and crunch. Delicious as a breakfast toast, it's also delicious thinly sliced and grilled with your favorite cheese, deli meat or peanut butter and jelly! The crumb is soft but with a good texture. The whole grain fiber of oatmeal adds a delicious flavor all its own. If you enjoy whole grain breads, this is definitely one to try!
